Lite gives you everything you need to get started and try out META for 30 days, while the Professional plan is everything you need to get the most out of META. Custom plans are for larger enterprises or companies with specific needs like integrations with additional CRM or contact centers.

We’ll work with you to find the plan that is ideal for your business.

At the end of your 15-day trial, you’ll be automatically downgraded to the free plan. Should you wish to upgrade to a paid plan, you can do so from the billing page at any point during or after your trial.

Paid subscriptions automatically renew for the same subscription period unless you downgrade your plan before the end of the subscription period.

For qualified non-profit organizations, we offer special pricing.

We offer credit card payment for thr transaction under $3000. For transaction over $3000, we also offer invoices and purchase orders method.

The phone number can be ported from your land line or assigned free from us(if you need 1-800, contact us). We provide the customizable IVR and route to your agent’s phone, or call forwarding.
